Columbia City Police Department is accepting applications
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and not older than 36 years of age. Applicants must also possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid Indiana Driver’s License, must pass a criminal background check, and pass a physical agility test and written test. Physical Agility Standards
Each applicant will be required to perform, at a minimum, the following standards:
Vertical Jump – 16 Inches
One Minute Sit-ups – 29
300 Meter Run – 71 Seconds
Maximum Push-ups – 25
1.5 Mile Run – 16 Minutes 28 Seconds
Each applicant will be required to perform an obstacle course including by not limited to a dummy drag and vehicle push.
